Azure NetApp Files cache volumes reach General Availability

Azure NetApp Files now supports cache volumes, which are cloud-based caches of an external origin volume holding the most actively accessed data. This feature brings frequently accessed data closer to compute resources, improving performance for I/O-intensive workloads. This release is now generally available for all Azure users.
